Pickup locations!

We are located in Colorado and offer pickup locations in Loveland at my house and Fort Collins at the office. Once your items are in we will tag you to notify you that they are ready. At that time please send me a message to arrange pickup. Loveland pickups are flexible as I do porch pickups, as long as I have notice I’m able to get things out and ready. Fort Collins our hours vary, so message me and we will arrange a time that works for you to come to the shop and grab your goodies! Addresses will be provided when pickup is scheduled. What to expect after placing an order:

Turn around time, what to expect. For most preorders we quote 2-4 weeks! Custom items, such as leggings, beach towels, trunk organizers we quote 6-8 weeks. These times vary, shipping times can be unpredictable but we always do our best to communicate delays. Please turn on notifications for the posts on the items you purchase to keep informed on those delays. We also will post updates to the main page, we try to do these weekly. Items that we post as extras we try to have packed and ready wishing 3-5 business days! If you’re needing something right away please let me know so we’re sure to get it packed for you.

Can I return or exchange an item?

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. Each item is ordered per your order so we do not have the inventory to be able to offer exchanges or returns. We will be creating a customer for sale album. You may use this to post any of your items you’ve purchased from here, that may not fit or just wasn’t what you were expecting. We will have the albums up in the next few days for you to be able to use.

What do I do if my order arrives and is damaged?

Damaged items on the other hand we will be happy to replace. If your items arrives and has any damage to the product please reach out asap. This includes damage to clothing products- rips, tears, blurry imaging. Headphones or other electronics not charging or connecting. Please check your items upon arrival and let us know right away any issues you may have so we can coordinate a replacement with our vendor.

My order says it’s shipped or delivered but I don’t have it?

Missing post office items, if you have been tagged regarding your shipment and you have not received it within 7-10 days please let us know. We will have tracking and dates to help locate your package. If the post office has misplaced your package we can also assist in filing a claim with them.
